We accept all major debit cards, credit cards, PayPal and Sezzle.
Overselling can occur when using Sezzle and while we try to prevent this, it can still happen. Orders will be refunded if this does happen.
Al orders once placed, are FINAL SALE and there are no exceptions. If for any reason, you find that your are unsatisfied because the order was incorrect due to our error, please contact us via email : firstname.lastname@example.org with photos (if possible) to help us better serve you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update upon receiving tracking notifications.
Combined orders are possible IF your order has not already been processed and shipped. Once it is package, we can not no longer combined the orders. The cost to combine orders is $2.50 and will be taken from your shipping refund. Please leave your previous order # in the notes of your order.
Our 100% Merino Wool is hand cut and processed for shipment in the same location as our other materials. Please note this if you have allergies to wool.
We offer a $5 FLAT RATE for shipping within the United States! We do ship internationally as well, please see below for details.

All items are available in house and ready to ship within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). The number of days will vary depending on the number of orders received, however, we do strive to ship them out same/next day. If you require an item to be processed immediately, please leave your request in the notes. Please understand, that we will do our best to accommodate your request but can not always guarantee it. Processing time is NOT inclusive of shipping time. If you require your order to be RECEIVED within a specific time, we highly suggest choosing an expedited SHIPPING option.
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class with Tracking unless you have chosen otherwise.
As of June 22nd, 2020- we have resumed shipping to Canada. Please note that shipping can be still be delayed and processing through Customs may still take longer than normal. Please order with the understanding that your order may not arrive on time.
As of March 20th, 2020- we will be temporarily disabling shipping to Canada and overseas to avoid shipping delays due to customs and borders closing. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Duty/Import/Custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please look into your country's fees and policies prior to purchasing. Orders can also arrive delayed because of this.
Shipping to Canada:
up to to $25 = $10
$26-$80 = $16
$81-$140 = $20
$200+ = $50
Shipping to the rest of the world:
Shipping is calculated by the weight of your order. The option to choose shipping preferences are available upon checkout. If your shipping total is less than the quoted price upon checkout, refunds will be provides for any shipping overages $1 USD or more. You will receive an email if that is the circumstance.
Once item's are in the hands of our beloved United States Postal Service (or other chosen shipping service), we are no longer responsible for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. First Class (US Shipped) is estimated to take 3-5 business days.
